it started as an idea for another blog about the characters of tvd that weren’t part of the love triangle. you can find that blog here.

we were trying to think up names that could be tvd related that weren’t already taken.

i suggested lapisandvervain because it focuses on vampires. vicki then suggested lapisandwolfsbane to include the werewolves of the show.

instead we created this blog and decided that lapisandwolfsbane would still be appropriate considering klaus is a hybrid.

and we’re quite obsessed with this ship too! can you imagine the chemistry they would have?
